One Shopify store serving both wholesale accounts and retail customers

The Challenge

Westrock sold through two channels that had drifted apart. Retail customers ordered from a consumer storefront, while roughly forty wholesale accounts — cafés, restaurants, and offices — ordered by emailing a spreadsheet that someone re-keyed by hand. Wholesale pricing lived in a PDF, account terms lived in the owner’s inbox, and every reorder meant a manual exchange. The two channels shared one product catalogue but couldn’t share a checkout, so the team spent part of every week on admin that should have been automatic.

The Approach

We started by mapping the real order flow for both audiences rather than assuming they could share one path. They couldn’t: a café reordering the same three blends monthly has almost nothing in common with a first-time retail buyer choosing a gift. So we designed two distinct experiences running on a single Shopify catalogue — a customer-account model for approved wholesale buyers with tiered pricing, saved order history, and one-click reorder, and a conventional consumer storefront with subscriptions and gift options. Pricing rules, minimum order quantities, and payment terms were moved out of the PDF and into the platform.

The Solution

A single Shopify build with a gated wholesale portal and a public retail storefront. Wholesale accounts are approved manually, then see their own negotiated pricing on every product page and can reorder past orders in two clicks. Retail customers get a clean shop with roast-level filtering, subscribe-and-save, and guest checkout. Both channels pull from one inventory pool, so stock is accurate across the board, and order notifications route to the right inbox automatically.

The Result

Wholesale orders that previously arrived as email threads now come through the store and land in the system already priced and recorded. The team stopped re-keying orders by hand, and retail customers can buy without being routed through a process designed for cafés. Detailed reporting is in place so the roastery can finally see which blends perform differently across the two channels.

Agreements signed in minutes, without spinning up a full transaction

The Challenge

Real estate agents needed a faster way to get important agreements in front of clients without starting a full transaction every time a document needed to be signed. Traditional transaction-management workflows could be more process than the moment required, especially when an agent simply needed to send an agreement, collect a signature, and keep moving. Documents could live across email threads, text messages, templates, and different systems, making it harder to know what had been sent, what had been signed, and which clients had active agreements.

The Approach

We focused on the moments that happen before a transaction is fully underway — when an agent needs to send a document quickly and turn a customer into an active client. Rather than forcing agents and clients through a complicated workflow, InkAgent was designed around a simple exchange: select the appropriate agreement, send it by text or email, let the client enter their own information, and collect a signature electronically. The experience keeps the agent in control while making the process simple enough for the client to complete from their phone.

The Solution

InkAgent brings documents, templates, fillable fields, eSignatures, client management, and team document sharing into one streamlined platform. Agents can send agreements directly to customers via text or email, with their information already pre-filled, while the customer completes the remaining fields and signs electronically. Once an agreement is signed, the contact status automatically updates from “Customer” to “Client,” giving the agent a clear indication that an active agreement is in place. Broker and team features also make it possible to share documents and manage agreements across an organization.

The Result

What once required a series of messages, document attachments, and manual follow-up can now happen in just a few clicks. Agents can send agreements when they need them, clients can complete the process from a convenient link, and signed documents remain organized within the platform. Instead of treating every agreement like the beginning of a full transaction, InkAgent gives agents a focused workflow for getting the right document signed and keeping their client relationships organized.

A Montessori school’s site rebuilt around how families actually choose a school

The Challenge

North Shore Montessori had a wealth of valuable information, but the existing website made that information difficult for prospective families to navigate. The school needed a more modern digital presence that could clearly communicate its Montessori approach, programs, community, and admissions process while making the experience easier for prospective families.

The Approach

We reorganized the website around the way prospective families actually explore a Montessori school—from learning about the school and its philosophy to exploring programs, meeting faculty, understanding admissions, and getting involved. Content was restructured into a clearer navigation system, with thoughtful page layouts and interactive elements designed to make key information easier to discover.

The Solution

A complete WordPress redesign with a modern, polished visual system tailored specifically to North Shore Montessori. The new site features an intuitive navigation structure, redesigned program and faculty pages, improved admissions pathways, engaging content sections, events and calendar functionality, galleries, forms, and other flexible components that give the school a much stronger platform for communicating with families.

The Result

A more engaging and intuitive website that better reflects the North Shore Montessori experience—while giving the school team a flexible platform they can continue to update and expand without relying on a developer for every change. The result is a site designed to serve both prospective families discovering NSMS for the first time and the existing school community returning for information.
